The CHT Can & Bottle Cleaning System are specifically designed for beer can rinsing. The CHT Beer Cleaner begins with beer cans or bottles entering HP Invertors and turning them upside down. The cans then enter a belt drive system which stabilizes the speed at which the cans pass through the ionized air chamber. The final step moves the cans through a second Invertor to turn them up-right to continue down the production line.

Compared to a traditional metal wire twist, the Invertor has a significantly smaller footprint and can handle more cans per minute. The HP Beer Invertors run at speeds of 10-2,000 CPM. Another benefit to the Invertor is the quick-change capabilities. Our engineers have created a system of toolless change-over to make it simple and quick to run different size cans or bottles. It's as simple as placing the HP Beer Invertor on an existing conveyor and it will start flipping your cans.
The CHT Can Blow-Off System moves upright or inverted cans through a series of nozzles that blasts air directly on cans. The blow-off system can be used to remove water or debris that may have accumulated on the cans. This system can also be used as part of the date-coding process by utilizing the blow-off nozzles before coding to ensure the cans are dry. Lastly, the blow-off system could be integrated to canning lines after the date coding system to dry ink, if using an ink coding system.
The CHT Can Blow-Off System, inverts the cans 180 degrees and utilizes back pressure or a belt drive system to push them under the blowers. Once the inverted cans have gone through the blow-off nozzles they are reverted to the upright position and ready for the next phase of packaging.
